Brad Bell is one of the founders and a shareholder of Nicholas & Bell, PA. Mr. Bell began his legal career in 1999 as a staff attorney for the Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida. After several years with the appellate court, Mr. Bell worked with several commercial litigation and insurance defense firms as both an associate and a partner before starting Nicholas & Bell, PA in 2010. Mr. Bell has been involved in numerous jury and non-jury trials over the years and practices regularly in both the state and federal courts. Mr. Bell is a long-time resident of Florida; he graduated high school from Berkeley Preparatory School in 1990 and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University with a double major in Economics and International Affairs in 1994. Mr. Bell received his JD from South Texas College of Law in 1999. 100% of Mr. Bell’s practice is dedicated to litigation.
