Mr. Collins is a senior associate at Nicholas & Bell, P.A. Mr. Collins’ practice is focused on commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, and insurance defense. He represents clients in state and federal court. Mr. Collins has represented municipalities and Fortune 500 corporations in numerous litigation matters, ranging from contract and employment disputes to liability and Constitutional claims.
Mr. Collins received his undergraduate degree in Legal and Political Philosophy from the University of North Florida. He continued his education at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Collins participated in internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County. Mr. Collins also served as a research assistant while in law school, focusing on real property and land use issues.
Mr. Collins is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Middle and the Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is also is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In his free time, Mr. Collins enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
